Parc Güell

This extraordinary park is located in a high area of the city, but only 15 minutes by taxi from the Sagrada Familia. It is currently a public park. Colorful tiles abound and beautiful gardens with fantastic stone shapes that imitate nature. A unique design and great views of the city from a wonderful balcony and a huge bench from which you can see the whole city.

Passeig de Gràcia

Passeig de Gràcia is the main boulevard in Barcelona. On this wide and elegant avenue, we will admire Gaudí buildings such as Casa Batlló and Casa Milà. We can also enjoy some purchases in the first international firms. Let’s enjoy a coffee on any terrace along the avenue.

La Barceloneta

Originally inhabited by fishermen, it later became home to dock workers. Today, we can go to a beautiful beach and take a walk along a beautiful promenade by the sea. There is a wide variety of bars and restaurants in the Barceloneta neighbourhood. Today, we can go to a beautiful beach and take a walk along a beautiful promenade by the sea. There are many restaurants where you can eat a great paella. The true charm of this neighborhood lies in getting lost in its narrow streets or approaching the popular Barceloneta beach.

La Rambla

One of the most famous promenades in Europe, it is 1.2 km long. from the Old Dock and the Christopher Columbus monument to Plaza de Cataluña, the beating heart of Barcelona. It is a perfect place to people watch live and direct, where locals and visitors merge in admiration of the Mercado de la Boquería (wonderful fresh produce market). Shops, street artists and terraces make this avenue the perfect place for a pleasant stroll.

Ciutat Vella

The medieval city with its impressive Cathedral and plenty of hidden charming corners will transfer you to Roman Empire and Middle Ages. Picasso Museum and Santa María del Mar Church are waiting for you there. This is my favorite area in town. There’s a big pedestrian area where you can get lost, you won’t regret.

Montjuïc

It is one of the hills that surround the city. The 1992 Summer Olympic Games were held at the Montjuïc Stadium, built in 1929 and renovated to become the main venue for the celebration of the Games. Next to the sports facilities, we will see the gardens and museums. At night, the impressive Magic Fountain will touch your heart with an enchanting spectacle of light, music and color.

Sagrada familia

It is the jewel in the crown among the many things that can be visited in Barcelona. You cannot say that you have been in Barcelona without seeing it. Construction began in 1882 and the Tower of Jesus Christ is expected to be finished in 2026, a milestone that will coincide with the centenary of the death of the architect Antoni Gaudí. Today you can see how the structure is constantly evolving week by week.
